Catholics for Catholics is pleased to announce that Bishop Joseph Strickland of the Diocese of Tyler, Texas, has accepted our invitation to join us on the ground at the Prayer Procession at Dodger Stadium, which has caught the attention of the Nation.
The reason?
Because there’s a scandal set to occur June 16th in Los Angeles. The LA Dodgers have invited a group of anti-Catholic drag queens called the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” to their Pride Night to present them with the Community Hero Award. The group calls itself an “Order” and takes considerable delight in mocking Catholic customs and traditions by dressing up as nuns and calling themselves “sisters.” Their shows included explicit sexual imagery and mocked our Lord Jesus Christ.
That’s the bad news. But have you heard the good news?
On the night before He died, Jesus prayed, “Father, may they be one!” In 2 weeks, we will see this prayer for unity displayed on the streets of Los Angeles. People of all faiths, represented by many different groups, even non-Christians, are rallying in a spirit of reparation and prayer to end this blaspheming against Jesus.
The show of unity will be powerful, and we cannot underestimate what it means to have a Bishop there with us. Bishop Strickland will represent the Twelve Apostles and the Church founded upon Our Lord.

The response has been overwhelming in a show of support from Americans who see this not just as an attack on one religion but on the American principle of respect for all religions.
Different groups, among them, Catholics for Catholics, America Needs Fatima, Catholic Vote, Church Militant and others, have come together to organize a prayerful, peaceful procession to LA Dodger Stadium on the day of the game, June 16th. All are welcome to join this event in reparation for the offenses committed against our Lord Jesus Christ and against all Christians by the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.”
Your action is key to winning the next Presidential Election.
