The word HALLOW means to make holy, to consecrate, to set apart.
As Catholics, we have been made “holy” and set apart by the blood of Jesus Christ who died for us. As Americans, we have been made “holy”, set apart by the men and who died for our Country.
We have been set apart first by our Baptism as Catholics and secondly by our citizenship in the great country we call America. Our country needs us now more than ever, so get involved locally, nationally or however way you can.
Think its too difficult? Then complain to those men and women buried at US Military Cemeteries around the world. Need help? Take that up with God.
