St. Gerard set an example for all of us on how to deepen our relationship with Jesus through Eucharistic adoration. We can make the effort to spend time in quiet reflection before the Blessed Sacrament, recognizing that Jesus is truly present and waiting for us to approach Him with open hearts.
As St. John Paul II once said, “Time spent before the Blessed Sacrament is never wasted.” Let us follow in the footsteps of St. Gerard and make a commitment to spending time in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, allowing Jesus to work in our hearts and draw us closer to Himself.
