Position Overview

Catholics for Catholics is seeking a mission-driven, passionate and energetic Events & College Field Manager to mainly lead and expand our growing Catholic Champion Crusades initiative across college campuses in America.

The Catholic Champion Crusades are public debates, rosary rallies, and evangelization events designed to engage a new generation of Catholic patriots. Through meaningful discussions on faith, culture, politics, and civic responsibility, we meet young people where they are and invite them into a deeper encounter with Jesus Christ and His Church.

The Events & College Field Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with student leaders, Catholic organizations, conservative groups, and campus ministries while strategically planning and executing college outreach events nationwide. This position will also play a key role in assisting with the planning and execution of major Catholics for Catholics events throughout the year.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about evangelization, enjoys working with young adults, and is eager to help shape the next generation of faithful Catholic patriotic leaders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Catholic student organizations, campus ministries, conservative student groups, and other strategic partners on college campuses.
  • Identify and strategically select colleges and universities for future Catholic Champion Crusade events.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of campus events, including:

    – Event planning and logistics
    – Speaker recruitment and coordination
    – Topic selection and event programming
    – Volunteer recruitment and management
    – Marketing and promotion
    – Campus outreach efforts
    – Event setup and execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Catholics for Catholics and participating campus organizations.
  • Travel to college campuses to execute events and strengthen partnerships.
  • Work closely with leadership to evaluate event effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Events & Operations
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Catholics for Catholics events throughout the year, including:
    – Fundraisingevents
    – Donor gatherings
    – Galas
    – Rosary rallies
    – Conferences and retreats
    – Special media and grassroots initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics, volunteers, vendors, and event operations.
  • Support event promotion through collaboration with internal marketing and communications teams.
  • Ensure events are executed professionally and aligned with the mission and values of Catholics for Catholics.
  • Reports directly to CEO and Events Director. Qualifications Required
  • Practicing Catholic committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
  • Passion for evangelization, Catholic culture, American patriotism and conservative values.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate others.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and personal initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual, responsive, and professional.
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
  • Ability to provide timely updates and reports to leadership.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to travel regularly for events and campus outreach activities.
