Years after the COVID-19 pandemic ruined lives and permanently shuttered small businesses across the country, former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard released documents that expose Dr. Fauci as fundamentally, a liar, after a year-long declassification review.
On June 18, she wrote on X, “Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins, and lied to Congress while under oath in 2024. It’s time you know the truth.”
“The tactics used to hide the truth are straight from the deep state playbook: politicized self-serving leaders like Dr. Fauci covered up their own wrongdoing and abuses of power, manipulated intelligence, lied to Congress, and undermined a duly elected President by restricting his access to vital facts needed to keep the country safe,” Gabbard said in a press release. “It’s time the American people learn the real story.”
Fauci “funded risky coronavirus research linked to big pharma and the pursuit of ‘universal vaccines’ worth trillions of dollars” and pushed the intelligence community to suppress the lab-leak COVID-19 origin theory.
The declassified files reveal that whistleblowers were retaliated against, and intelligence analysts who endorsed the lab-leak theory were pressured to tow the party line or else their careers would be derailed.

According to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Fauci lied to Congress under oath when he was “asked whether he spoke to ‘FBI, CIA, DIA or any U.S. intelligence agency concerning viral research’ before, during, or after the pandemic.”
US Rep. Thomas Massie applauded Gabbard’s efforts in exposing this story. “This is what honest people do when they get into positions of power in the government, but 99.9% are just addicted to the position. Think of all the people who have been lying to you, and those who are covering up for them,” he wrote.
Senator Rand Paul added, “On her last day, @DNIGabbard drops a bombshell with even more evidence of Fauci’s collusion with a politicized intelligence community. This release includes additional documents revealing the truth about the lab-leak origins and Fauci’s lies to Congress under oath.
