On September 23, 2026, Catholics from across the country will gather in St. Louis, Missouri, for the Fulton Sheen Conference, a day dedicated to celebrating the life, legacy, and imminent beatification of Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. The conference will take place just one day before his historic beatification on September 24, when Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle will preside over the ceremony on behalf of Pope Leo XIV.
The conference will bring together clergy, scholars, Catholic leaders, and faithful from around the nation to reflect on Archbishop Sheen’s extraordinary witness, his evangelization through the media, and the timeless relevance of his teachings for the Church today.
