A video has reemerged confirming Bishop Brennan’s conversation with Charlie Kirk, days before his death, on his imminent conversion to Catholicism.
In a conversation with him a week before his murder, Kirk told him, “I’M THIS CLOSE” referring to Catholicism.
Despite the intense pushback Catholics for Catholics has reported from the beginning on Charlie Kirk’s clear inclination toward Catholicism. Even VATICAN NEWS and the Angelus News Magazine posted this powerful conversation about Charlie and Bishop:
“It was there that Kirk told the bishop about his Catholic wife and children and how he attended Mass with them. He punctuated this conversation with “I love my Catholic pastor.”
As they were parting to attend the more public portion of the prayer breakfast, Kirk mentioned speculation regarding his contemplating entering the Catholic Church, saying: “I’m this close.”
