Tehran, beware.
Iran may be on the brink of being “hit very hard,” said President Donald Trump Thursday if Tehran was likely implicated in an attack by a pilot on a FlyDubai flight to Israel.
According to a story by Newsmax, the co-pilot allegedly attacked the captain before passengers were able to save the plane from crashing. Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s prime minister said the man had undergone “Islamist radical indoctrination.”
“I would say the answer, based on what I’m hearing, is yes but we’re working on it right now,” Trump said when asked by reporters at the White House whether Iran was involved in the incident on the flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv.
Asked by reporters if the United States would strike back against Iran if it was responsible for the attack, Trump replied: “Oh, they’ll be hit very hard, don’t worry.”
Trump’s menace of retaliation came as he took a tougher tone on the stalled Iran war overall.
BREAKING: President Trump says that based on what he's hearing right now, "yes," the flydubai co-pilot is linked to Iran, but stressed officials are still "working on it right now."

During an extensive interview with Time Magazine, Trump was quoted as saying that it was “possible” he may restart bombing Iran after U.S. midterm elections next month.
Still, some Republicans are afraid they could lose control of Congress in the Nov. 3 election, with Trump’s approval ratings in a downward slope over the Iran war and a surge in the cost of living fueled by high oil prices.
Trump followed the tone he used during a speech he made as he addressed the UN General assembly last week.
“Yeah, I would do that. It’s possible,” Trump told Time. “Because by annihilating Iran, we’ve created peace in the world. With Iran, I don’t think you could ever have peace.”
