With things moving as fast as they are as the election nears, items of note get into and out of the news cycle as quickly as big tech and the media want them to be. So, to be certain that some important issues don’t get swept under the rug, Catholics for Catholics is committed to, whenever necessary, help keep the discussion where it ought to be.
No better example than the assassination attempt of Donald Trump. It was less than two weeks ago and the news media has moved on. There is not a bigger story that they would rather have go down the memory hole. So much has come from this that the spin-offs are also big. For example, the FBI wants people to believe that they are investigating whether or not this is a deep fake pulled by the Trump campaign.

Though FBI Director Wray has gone as far as questioning if what hit the former President was shrapnel, the FBI knows that this was a bullet which hit Trump. The degenerates just get cranky when they are pulled off of their stakeouts of Traditional Catholic fathers. They want to create any doubt they can, and gin up any negative emotions against President Trump. But seriously, how low are they willing to go?
In a related thought, does it seem like President Trump’s countenance and outlook are calmer than before he was shot? He seems to be at peace. Though it would be his prerogative to be fearful, tense and angry, he seems to have become a joyful warrior.
If former President Trump wins re-election, who should he fire first? What would give him the most pleasure? Director Wray of the FBI? Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas? Karine Jean-Pierre? One thing is certain, the man deserves that pleasure.
In what can only be called hypocrisy of Brobdingnagian proportion, after defending the crypt- dwelling, mentally incapacitated Joe Biden for the last 5 years, someone in the media had the audacity to write an article entitled “It’s time to talk about Donald Trump’s age.” I know it is hard to believe, but if an astute observer looks really hard, there just may be a difference in the way Donald Trump’s campaign is covered in comparison to Biden/Harris. A bullet couldn’t stop Trump, and the other guy struggles to complete sentences.

Has Donald Trump ended the Russian war with Ukraine after just one phone call? In the week after a phone call with the former President, Ukrainian President Zelensky has twice made overtures, for the first time, toward a peace agreement. Trump needs to be careful of this. If peace comes before November, watch for the media to spin this as Vice President Harris’ greatest achievement. This may be the cliched “October Surprise” for campaign 2024. The leftist media will not allow a repeat of 1981, when American hostages in Iran were released on Ronald Reagan’s inauguration day, after 444 days of captivity during the impotent Carter Administration. This will be used to demonstrate Kamala’s foreign policy charm and gravitas.
Dateline: Silicon Valley California. 100 Venture Capitalists have thrown their support behind Vice President Kamala Harris. Kamala has the wealthy, she has celebrities, and she has the twerking of Megan Thee Stallion on her side.
This is the backdrop against which Trump’s pick of JD Vance for vice president plays so well in middle-America battleground states. This country has made a point of favoring warmongers, bankers, big pharma, and illegals. Illegals in America can get bank loans, mortgages, insurance, driver’s licenses, free healthcare (California & New York) and in-state college tuition. The Rust Belt feels forgotten – again – and Trump/Vance speak directly to them.
Couple of issues that the news media and big tech want to wash away big time:
Number one on everyone’s talking points card is that Vice President Harris was never Border Czar. We mustn’t forget that she was and that she performed marvelously. The millions who invaded the US came exactly because that is the result the left wanted. The goal of the left is to remake the political landscape of the US, to overwhelm the financial system in the country, to allow criminals to run wild, and to fundamentally bankrupt the American way of life. Then they can pick up the pieces and rebuild this country as a socialist paradise. This is not an accident. Nor is it being done out of incompetence.
Number two. Vice President Kamala Harris loathes Catholics. She has a history of advancing several anti-Catholic positions and legislation. She is part and parcel of the administration most responsible for the targeting and unwarranted infiltration of Catholics.
As a result, Catholics involved with organizations like Opus Dei and Knights of Columbus are surveilled and considered outside of the mainstream of society. Persecuted, not with a guillotine, but with a cackle
Lastly, publicly support for former President Trump does not appear to be causing the ostracization that it has in the past. The well-known red MAGA hats are in fuller bloom than at any time since he announced his intent to run as a Republican. There are other indications, too, which bode well for Donald Trump.

In Major League Baseball, more than one team is using his iconic post-shooting pose as a rallying cry and celebration for key base hits. US Open Golf Champion, Bryson Dechambeau, was just on YouTube playing a casual round of golf with Trump. And interestingly enough, the Cincinnati Bengals recently felt the need, and felt they had permission, to deny rumors that their star quarterback, Joe Burrow, was NOT on the very weird and creepy “White Dudes for Kamala” fundraising skype event this week.
These are interesting turns of events. Just may indicate something magical in the offing. But any Trump victory is going to be hard won. At every step in the process democrats, liberals, leftists and radicals have entrenched levels of authority and will do whatever they can to subvert the will of the people. Should, of course, people be dumb enough to elect Donald Trump a third time.
