It seems that transgender surgical procedures on minors are not going away anytime soon.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been receiving dozens of tips about surgical procedures on children, according to the Daily Wire. In response, the FBI is asking Americans via social media to report any medical professionals who are doing irreversible transgender operations on minors. By Thursday, the Bureau had received at least 100 tips, according to the Daily Wire.
In contrast to the FBI during the Biden era, the current Bureau under Trump has a new attitude. According to the Daily Wire, Erica Knight, an advisor to FBI Director Kash Patel and mother of three, told them that the federal agency will “never stop fighting for our most vulnerable — our children.”
“As a mother, I’m deeply grateful and proud to know the future of America’s kids is one rooted in safety, strength, and opportunity,” she said.
The FBI’s initiative comes as President Donald Trump’s administration examines the transgender medicine industry, which has induced “gender-affirming care” for a long time as “medically necessary” for those undergoing gender dysphoria — even children.
Still, gender affirming care is a code phrase for administering puberty blockers, hormones and transgender surgeries. During the Joe Biden years, his administration asserted that all the previous treatments, including surgeries, were “crucial” for the health of children who identified as gender and nonbinary.

Still, the current Trump administration disagrees. “Help the FBI protect children,” the bureau posted on X Monday. “As the Attorney General has made clear, we will protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of gender-affirming care.”
The post encouraged Americans to “report tips of any hospitals, clinics, or practitioners performing these surgical procedures on children.”
