State Secretary Marco Rubio says “why would we want to allow into the United States someone who’s in favor of murder? We don’t want pro-murder people in America.”

Any foreigner who hails the slaying of Charlie Kirk will have their visas revoked or denied, said Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
“We are not in the business of inviting people to visit our country who are going to be involved in negative and destructive behavior, okay? So, if we invite someone to visit the United States of America as a student, as a tourist, as whatever, then … the standard they should be held to is very high,” said Rubio, during an announcement on Monday, sharing a clip on X of an interview he did with Fox News.
In fact, Rubio said the State Department has already started revoking visas, according to The Daily Wire. He lengthened his comments Tuesday while speaking to journalists.
“There’s no shortage of idiots around the world that’ve decided it’s a great idea to murder someone. We don’t want people like that in our country. By the way, it’s bad that we have people that are U.S. citizens that feel that way,” said Rubio. “But you’re a foreigner? Why would we want to allow into the United States someone who’s in favor of murder? We don’t want pro-murder people in America.”

Kirk, 31, was killed by a sniper’s bullet last week in Utah while he was giving a talk during a Turning Point USA tour event. He was taking a question about mass murder attacks when a bullet fatally struck him in the neck.
Under Rubio, the State Department has adopted an uncompromising approach to reviewing and denying visas for foreigners engaged in anti-American activity. The Wire reported that some cases include foreigners who have shown support for terror groups or who have close links to the Chinese Communist Party.
In addition, Rubio has also gone after some foreign officials as well, if they aided in the censorship of Americans or American companies.
