This past Monday, Erika Kirk and TPUSA COO Justin Streiff joined Candace Owens in Nashville, Tennessee for a private discussion that lasted four and a half hours.
By Catholics for Catholics
The meeting was the culmination of contentious back-and-forth between employees of TPUSA and Candace recently. Initially, Blake Neff, a producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, said they were going to a special episode to address all of the conspiracy theories surrounding Kirk’s death and invited Candace to join, as she has publicly rejected the narrative that Tyler Robinson, the alleged shooter, acted alone. Neff and TPUSA set the date and time for the episode without first confirming if Candace could be there in person. When she said she could not attend the event in Arizona but could join virtually, they said they would not include her at this point. Many people in the public following the investigation into Kirk’s death were frustrated with this lack of agreement.
After the conclusion of the meeting, both Erika and Candace posted on X and both used the term “productive” to describe the conversation. “I think we both feel [the conversation] should have taken place a lot earlier than it did,” wrote Owens. “We agreed much more than I had anticipated. Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well. Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.” She also said that “nothing was held back and the immediate result was that tensions were thawed.”
Similarly, Erika wrote that she had “a very productive conversation” and “More to come from both of us.”
Candace Owens and I are meeting for a private, in-person discussion on Monday, December 15. @RealCandaceO and I have agreed that public discussions, livestreams, and tweets are on hold until after this meeting. I look forward to a productive conversation. Thank you.

CANDACE’S RECAP OF PRIVATE MEETING WITH ERIKA
Candace confirmed what many have speculated about, which was that Erika initially did not ask her to stop publicly investigating Charlie’s assassination because she herself was actually learning things from Candace’s podcast.
Candace credited Streiff with doing a great job directing the conversation. According to Candace, Erika was most upset with her previous comments that TPUSA was a “God-forsaken company” and people should not give their money to the organization. Candace owned those comments as “aggressive” on her part, admitting that she rises to anger quickly.
Erika and I had an extremely productive 4 1/2 hour meeting that I think we both feel should have taken place a lot earlier than it did.

Charlie’s interest in Catholicism
In the first days after Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Candace, a convert to Catholicism, had shared that she thought Kirk, whom she had worked with for several years, might have been on the path to conversion and that she was prodding him along, encouraging him to take the next step. Very quickly, there seemed to be a campaign originating from evangelicals across social media to “debunk” Candace’s comments. Notably, TPUSA podcast host Alex Clark and spokesperson Andrew Kolvet downplayed Kirk’s interest in Catholicism, saying he was primarily interested in the “architecture” of Catholic churches. Candace brought this example to Erika as one of the reasons why she felt she was under attack from the TPUSA team from the very beginning and described it as the “first mud slung.”
According to Candace, Erika and Streiff said that at that time, no one had given anyone, including Alex Clark and Andrew Kolvet, the authority to go out and “debunk” Charlie’s interest in Catholicism. A new system had to be put into place to help ensure messaging from TPUSA was more intentional.

Charlie sent messages saying he was going to be killed
Another major issue that was clarified pertained to Erika’s recent comments on Glenn Beck’s show. In this interview that aired last week, Erika said she had Charlie’s phone and denied that he had sent any messages to anyone saying he thought he was going to be killed. This alarmed many of those following the investigation into Kirk’s murder, as Candace had explicitly claimed Charlie sent two of these messages to different individuals the day before he died. Indeed, after the Glenn Beck interview aired, Candace joined The Jimmy Dore Show and revealed that Andrew Kolvet himself told her that he was the one Charlie had messaged on September 9 and said “they are going to kill me.”
This presented a major issue: either Andrew Kolvet or Erika Kirk was lying, it seemed. In their conversation, however, Erika reiterated that she had Charlie’s iMessages from his iPhone and nothing was there. Candace suggested these messages might have been sent through an encrypted messaging app like Signal or Telegram, and indeed, once they checked those apps, they found that both Andrew Kolvet and Dan Flood, TPUSA’s Chief Asset Management Officer and risk strategist, had received messages from Charlie on September 9.
Due to the nature of these encrypted messaging apps, the messages were no longer able to be viewed on Charlie’s phone. Candace reiterated what she had previously stated on The Jimmy Dore Show, which was that Kolvet himself had told Candace his message said “they are going to kill me” but that he didn’t know who the “they” referred to. Erika and Streiff indicated that the message sent to Flood had apparently specified that “the left” was going to kill Charlie. Candace said that although she cannot definitively confirm that one way or another, she trusts Erika and Streiff on that point.
Candace Owens just said Erika Kirk confirmed Charlie DID text Andrew Kolvet that ‘they’ were going to kiII him, the night before he was murdered.

Candace’s suspicions of TPUSA employees
With regard to specific TPUSA-affiliated individuals that Candace has spent time investigating, she says that she does not recant her suspicions regarding people like Terryl Farnsworth, Tyler Bowyer, and Rob McCoy, who have all been caught telling lies according to Candace. What came as a surprise is that Rob McCoy, who claimed to be Charlie’s pastor, does not work with TPUSA in any capacity. It is unclear if he is officially associated with TPUSA Faith, however, as he lists himself as a “co-chair” of the branch but is not included as part of the leadership team on the website.
Similarly, when Charlie Kirk’s head of security Brian Harpole went on the Shawn Ryan Show to provide supposed “groundbreaking evidence” to debunk any wrongdoing (whether purposeful or neglectful) by TPUSA’s security, the higher-ups at TPUSA including Erika and Streiff had no idea he was going do to that. Not only did they not approve Harpole’s appearance, but they were unaware he was going to hold that conversation. Harpole no longer works with TPUSA, and Candace surmised that perhaps that podcast episode was an effort to rescue his own reputation.
In addition, Erika’s team also brought the call logs of TPUSA employee Mikey McCoy, son of Rob McCoy, who is seen in video footage promptly walking away and seemingly on a phone call almost immediately after Charlie was shot. Given his apparent calm nature, many have speculated about whether he might have been part of a conspiracy. Candace, however, seems satisfied with the call logs they provided.
Claims about the 30-06 bullet stopped by Charlie
Another unapproved message that went out was Andrew Kolvet’s claim that Charlie Kirk’s bone density was so impressive that his body miraculously stopped the bullet, thereby preventing an exit wound and potentially saving the lives of those around him. Many weapons experts have found this extremely hard to believe given the destructive nature of a 30-06 bullet which is generally expected to blow through objects. According to Erika, this was not an approved message that went out. It is unclear why Kolvet chose to post the message, and it appears that the surgeons he allegedly discussed this with were not aware they were going to be quoted, either.
Clarifying Charlie’s approach to Israel, Netanyahu
Erika and Candace also discussed the infamous “Hamptons retreat” that occurred in August. The event was a private gathering of many conservative influencers in the Hamptons where Charlie Kirk allegedly faced immense pressure due to his questioning of whether Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu deserves criticism. Erika was not aware that Netanyahu had offered to financially take TPUSA “to the next level,” and that Charlie had declined – and that Candace had gotten this information from Andrew Kolvet. Kolvet’s role is especially odd in this, because it was in that same interview with podcaster Alex Clark in which they tried to debunk Charlie’s draw towards Catholicism that they also attempted to falsely debunk the “next level” claim by saying that Charlie Kirk turned down a $150 million offer from Israel.
Was Charlie offered $150 million from Israel?” Clark asked. “As far as I know, no,” replied Kolvet. Candace had never alleged the amount was $150 million; indeed, she actually thought “next level” would indicate much more money. Candace conveyed her frustration to Erika that she was called a conspiracy theorist by many at TPUSA even though this information came directly from a TPUSA source.

Where the case against Tyler Robinson stands
Candace stated that she honestly wanted to be able to leave the meeting and tell her audience confidently that given new information, she believed that Tyler Robinson acted alone. Even after Erika and Streiff phoned their lawyer into the meeting who explained that the case against Tyler Robninson is in the affidavit stage – meaning that there is no smoking gun that their team has that the public isn’t aware of – Candace remains unconvinced, and firmly stated, “I don’t believe that Tyler Robinson pulled the trigger.”
She did concede the possibility that since the official investigation by the state of Utah is ongoing, they might have access to footage or evidence that they have not shared with Erika and her team. The probable cause hearing will happen in May, so until then, the public will likely be left in the dark about any additional evidence the investigators may have.
Candace noted, however, that there are multiple witnesses who even have footage of an individual on the rooftop of Utah Valley University on September 10 that have not been contacted by the authorities. Thus, she remains doubtful that the state’s investigation to this point has been thorough.

Egyptian planes
And finally, the Egyptian planes: Candace says she and Erika discussed the fact that planes belonging to the Egyptian military not only flew out of Provo, Utah the day of the assassination but have seemingly been on the ground nearby many TPUSA Faith events over the past few years. Candace did not go into detail about their specific conversation here, but revealed that she is confident her episodes about the planes have caused a panic because she says she has unraveled they have actually been flying in and out of Israel and turning off their transponders when doing so. An interactive timeline regarding these planes will be available on Candace’s website soon.
