Jewish rights organization StopAntisemitism has named podcaster and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson its “Antisemite of the Year” for 2025.
In its video announcement, StopAntisemitism said Carlson uses his “platform of millions to normalize antisemitism” and that he “amplified ANTISEMITIC narratives, normalizing prejudice and feeding extremists with familiar, damaging tropes.”
The video closes out by saying Carlson “lies about Israel” and “needs to be shunned.”

Carlson recently drew the ire of both Christian and Jewish critics when he declared his disdain for Christian Zionism and called it a “dangerous heresy.” Christian Zionism is variously defined, but in general, it refers to the support of the modern state of Israel as biblical. StopAntisemintism’s video featured Carlson’s quote on Christian Zionists as evidence of his alleged prejudice towards Jewish people.
The children’s show host “Ms. Rachel” was apparently a Top 10 finalist as well.
Carlson has frequently emphasized that he does not hate Jewish people but has criticisms for the government of Israel, particularly in light of the deaths of civilians, children included, in its war on Gaza. The Times of Israel, an Israeli publication, shared that a United Nations analysis found that 83% of the buildings in Gaza City have been destroyed since the onset of the war. Because Hamas controls Gaza’s Health Ministry, it is difficult to accurately assess civilian casualties, but The Jerusalem Post estimates that at least half of all deaths were civilian about 10 months into the war, per the IDF’s own figures.
Earlier in the year, Carlson twice hosted an American veteran and contractor who was on the ground in Gaza and accused Israel of a number of war crimes, including firing shots as a way of herding civilians.
