Venezuela is back in business.
Well, sort of. A shipment of crude oil from Venezuela is supposedly on its way to Israel. The exportation business has been rekindled after American Special Forces captured President Nicolas Maduro about a month ago.
According to The Times of Israel, the cargo is being transported to Haifa’s Bazan Group.
The Times reported that the shipment will mark the first sale of Venezuelan oil to Israel since mid-2020. Bazan and Israel’s Energy Ministry declined to comment to Bloomberg.
WOW.
